Management

Iconomos (Ico) Koullias received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, in 1982, and the M.S. degree, also in electrical engineering, from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in 1990.
  • In 1982, he joined Burr-Brown Corp., where he was responsible for production engineering of high-precision instrumentation amplifiers.
  • In 1984, he joined Harris Corporation, Semiconductor Products division in Palm Bay, Florida, where he was involved in the design of complementary-bipolar, high-performance linear integrated circuits, such as operational amplifiers, video buffers, and analog multipliers.
  • From 1989 to 1994, he was with AT&T Bell Laboratories, Reading, Pennsylvania, as a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff. His work during that period included the design of several IF and RF Integrated circuit products for wireless applications.
  • In 1994, he founded Wireless Microsystems Corporation, Reading, Pennsylvania, where he serves as president. His current technical interests include the design of high-integration RF Integrated Circuits in BJT and CMOS processes.
Mr. Koullias, a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), has authored and co-authored several technical papers and taught various short courses in RF Integrated Circuit design.
